1. Services

We provide creative design services including Logo Design, Brand Identity Design, Brand Style Guides, and Visual Branding Materials.
All designs are custom-made based on client requirements and creative direction provided during the order process.

2. Payments

• Full payment is required upfront before any design work begins.

• All payments are processed securely through Fiverr, PayPal, or other approved methods.

• Prices may vary depending on project complexity or additional revisions requested.

3. Revisions

• Each project includes a limited number of revisions as stated in the chosen package.

• Extra revisions are available at an additional cost.

• Major design changes after final approval will be considered a new project.

4. Delivery

• All digital files (logo, branding materials, etc.) will be delivered via Fiverr or email in standard formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and AI.

• Delivery timelines vary depending on the selected package (usually between 2–7 business days).

5. Ownership and Usage Rights

• Once the final payment is completed, the client owns full commercial rights to the final design.

• We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not provided once the initial design concepts are shared.

• If no work has been started, a partial refund may be issued.

• Refunds are only applicable in rare personal or technical cases, reviewed individually.

7. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate and complete information during the design process (e.g., brand name, style preference, colors, etc.).

• Delays in feedback or approval may extend the delivery time.

8. File Storage

We store your project files for up to 60 days after completion. After that, we may delete them to free storage space. Please make sure to download and back up your files upon delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs. Clients are responsible for trademark registration and ensuring the design does not conflict with existing brands.
